Imperial¨ Veneer Finish - Special White is a high-strength finish plaster. It can be used over Imperial¨ Brand Gypsum Base, or as a high-strength finish over veneer or conventional high-strength sanded basecoats. It produces a hard, abrasion-resistant finished surface with 3000 psi compressive strength. Imperial Veneer Finish - Special White may be used in a single coat or as a finish coat over Imperial¨ Brand Basecoat, or Diamond¨ Brand Veneer Basecoat. This plaster works best with smooth-trowel or texture finishes. For very high surface hardness and abrasion resistance, apply Imperial Veneer Finish - Special White over Imperial or Diamond Basecoats. Also suitable as a finish coat applied over job-sanded Structo-Base¨ Gypsum Plaster to achieve the ultimate in surface hardness.
